Good to know before you enter

Is it really free to enter?
Yes. There's nothing to buy and nothing to book. Fill in the form and you're in the draw. We run this giveaway to introduce more local homes to Klean Bean Collective.
Who can enter?
Anyone 18 or over who lives in our service area across Frankston, Bayside and the Mornington Peninsula. One entry per household, and yes, existing Klean Bean clients are welcome to enter too. Just make sure you're following us on Instagram and Facebook, because that's part of a valid entry.
What exactly does the winner get?
Twelve Signature Reset Cleans, one per calendar month for 12 months, at one home address. Each clean includes up to 4 labour hours, which is $300 of cleaning at our $75 per hour rate, so the full prize is worth $3,600. Each clean is provided up to that value, so if your home takes less than the included hours, the unused value isn't paid out, credited or carried over to another visit.
Are there runner-up prizes?
Yes, two. Second prize is one full Signature Reset Clean, and third prize is a bathroom deep clean, each at a home within our service area.
What if my home needs more than 4 hours?
No problem. We'll either focus the included hours where they matter most each visit, or you can add extra hours at our standard rate if you want the full home done every time.
When do entries close and when is the draw?
Entries close 11:59pm on Friday 30 October 2026. We draw the three winners at random on Saturday 31 October, contact them by phone and email, and announce the wins on our social channels.
How are the prize cleans scheduled?
Prize cleans are booked by us. For each clean we'll offer the winner a day and time that fits our schedule and confirm it in advance. If a date doesn't work, we'll do our best to rearrange it within the same month.
Can I take cash or gift the prize to someone else?
The prize can't be exchanged for cash and can't be transferred, but the winner chooses which home in our service area the cleans go to, so it can absolutely be the family home.
What happens with my details?
We use them to run the draw, confirm your entry and contact you if you win.

The fine print

Promoter: Klean Bean Collective Pty Ltd, ABN 56 695 679 102, Frankston VIC, 1300 130 149. Free entry, open to residents aged 18 or over living within the promoter's service area across Frankston, Bayside and the Mornington Peninsula. One entry per household. To be valid, an entry must include a completed entry form, and the entrant must be following Klean Bean Collective on Instagram (@kleanbeanco) and Facebook at the time of the draw. Entries close 11:59pm AEDT Friday 30 October 2026. Three winners are drawn at random, in order, on Saturday 31st October 2026 in Frankston, notified by phone and email within 2 business days, and announced on the promoter's social channels. First prize: 12 Signature Reset Cleans, one per calendar month for 12 months from the first booked clean, each including up to 4 labour hours to a maximum value of $300 per clean, total first-prize value $3,600. Second prize: one Signature Reset Clean, up to 4 labour hours, value $300. Third prize: one bathroom deep clean. All prize cleans must be taken at a residential address within the service area, subject to standard booking availability, with first-prize cleans at a single address. Each prize clean is provided up to its stated maximum value; if a clean is completed for less than that value, no refund, credit, rollover or cash difference is payable. Prize cleans are scheduled by the promoter, who will nominate the day and time of each clean and confirm it with the winner in advance. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, an unclaimed-prize redraw will be held for that prize.
