The funding, explained

Cleaning is a funded support.

If everyday cleaning is hard because of your disability, your plan can fund it. Here's where it lives.

In your NDIS plan
Core Supports Assistance with Daily Life Household Tasks

Home cleaning is claimed under the Household Tasks support line. We bill at or below the current NDIS price limit, GST-free, with the support item code on every invoice so claiming is effortless for you or your plan manager.

Good to know

NDIS cleaning, answered.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Registration is only required to serve NDIA-managed participants. We support plan-managed and self-managed participants — the majority of the scheme — and we operate in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct, with police-checked cleaners and $20M public liability insurance.
How does the billing actually work?
Plan-managed: we invoice your plan manager directly and they pay us from your funding — nothing for you to do. Self-managed: we invoice you with the support item code included, and you claim it back through the myplace portal. Either way, we bill at or below the current NDIS price limit for household tasks, GST-free.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
We do our best to send the same trusted cleaner every visit — we know familiar faces matter, especially in your own home. Where a change is unavoidable, we'll let you know ahead of time and your detailed cleaning notes travel with the team, so nothing about your preferences gets lost.
What if I have sensory sensitivities or specific routines?
Tell us once and it's noted for every visit. We use low-tox, eco-conscious products as standard, can go fragrance-free on request, and will happily work around routines, quiet times, equipment, support workers and pets.
Can my plan fund a deep clean or a big catch-up clean?
Sometimes, yes — where it's reasonable and necessary and your plan supports it. Your plan manager or support coordinator can confirm what's fundable. We're happy to quote both a first reset and ongoing cleans so you can see exactly how it fits your budget.
Which areas do you cover?
Frankston, Bayside and right across the Mornington Peninsula — including Frankston South, Seaford, Langwarrin, Carrum Downs, Mornington, Mount Eliza and Mount Martha. If you're nearby but not listed, ask — chances are we can help.
