    We never publish or distribute photos showing:

  • Personal belongings

  • Addresses or identifying features

  • Anything that is reasonably able to be linked to a client

Staff are trained to avoid entering:

  • Private or unapproved areas of the home

  • Bedrooms, offices, or storage areas not relevant to the booked service

  • All clients’ backgrounds, pronouns, and customs are respected.

  • Feedback regarding privacy, language, or comfort is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

7. Data Retention Period

  • Client data is retained for a period of [24 months] for booking history, service follow-up, and quality control. After this period, unnecessary personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
