Built to be different
We started Klean Bean Collective because we saw the same problem across Melbourne's South-East again and again — people stuck with unreliable cleaners, rushed jobs, and barely any communication. Booking a cleaner felt like a gamble, and great service felt rare. We knew it could be done better.
What began as a small family-run business by co-founding partners Trent and Bethany has grown into a trusted residential and commercial cleaning service supporting homes and businesses right across Frankston, Bayside and the Mornington Peninsula. From a handful of early clients, we've now cleaned 2,000+ homes and workplaces — and we've kept the same standard the whole way through.
We don't aim to be the cheapest cleaners. We aim to be the most reliable and consistent ones — the team you never have to think twice about.

Trent
Trent leads the growth, systems and client experience side of Klean Bean — building the structure that keeps every clean consistent and every client looked after. With a background in sales and relationship-building, he's the one making sure the business runs as reliably as the cleans themselves, and that no enquiry ever falls through the cracks.
Bethany
Beth leads operations and the on-the-ground standard that clients rave about. She's hands-on with the team and the field work, setting the bar for the attention to detail Klean Bean is known for. When a client says a clean went "above and beyond," it's Beth's standard they're describing.
